Electro-Lymphatic Therapy is performed using the XP2 inert gas ionization instrument. Using energy medicine in the form of light waves, sound harmonics, and inert gas ionization to painlessly break down congestion through out the body.

Neurofeedback
Our NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback system teaches the brain self-regulation, thereby training the brain to function at peak performance levels . It is a way to train the brain and nervous system to function more efficiently and optimally.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases the delivery of oxygen to the body by providing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber. This increases the body’s ability to heal by forcing oxygen to reach areas of the body and tissues that otherwise would not be reached.
Trifecta Red Light Bed
Our red light bed therapy, also known as photo-biomodulation, emits red and near infrared light, along with programmed frequencies to stimulate cellular activity, assist mitochondrial repair, and promote healing and rejuvenation in the body.
Ion Detox Foot Bath
An Ion Detox Foot Bath is a therapy that uses a device to generate ions in the water, aiming to open up meridian pathways and draw out toxins from the body through the feet. This is a relaxing way to assist the body with the detoxification process.
PEMF
PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy. Our non-invasive treatment uses an electrical current to stimulate the body’s cells, lowering pain and inflammation, stimulating repair from injury and promoting healing of the body.

Erin Michalk
Hi! My name is Erin, and it’s truly an honor to do what I do! I started a journey of detoxing over 20 years ago, and I personally have experienced it’s transformative power and healing in my own life. It’s my passion to share with others how remarkable the body’s ability to heal is. Colon Hydrotherapy helped change the course of my life in so many ways, as well as many other forms of cleansing. I spent 14 years of my life serving others in the dental field, and God eventually led me down a path to do what I do today. I’m still serving others, now in a different way, and it’s the most fulfilling work I’ve ever done. I had a vision for The Healing Nook years ago and I’m forever grateful to see it come to life.
Born in Texas, but raised in New Mexico, I am grateful to reside in Lubbock with my husband and best friend and raise our 2 amazing children. In my spare time I love to travel, be outside in nature (sunny days are my favorite), do yoga, practice deep breath work, work out, go biking, hiking, and spend quality time with my family. I run to the mountains anytime I can because that’s my peace and where my heart loves to be.

Hi! My name is Kristin. I am a Registered dental hygienist of 15 years and a CLT (certified lymphatic therapist). I love what I do and am thankful that God opened up the doors in my life to create my business, Voltage Cellular Energy. We are energy and I love seeing the body improve using frequency. I am a busy mom to 2 wonderful boys and I am blessed to be married to my best friend, Adam. I love going to the gym, church, swimming, camping, being in the mountains or on a beach. Quality time with my family is my favorite thing!
I am an advocate for helping my patients to live their best life, and I enjoy walking alongside them in their healing journey to see positive changes, big or small! I feel God has led me to this renewed calling in my life through working with the BioCharger NG and Electro Lympatic Therapy. Cele Wiggins
I’ve been a Registered Nurse for over 40 years, and I can honestly say I still love what I do. I currently work at The Healing Nook, where I provide electro lymphatic therapy. I am certified in neurofeedback and hyperbaric oxygen therapy and am so excited to be offering both of these therapies within my new practice, Brain and Body Reset.
A little about me: I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, but I’ve been in Texas since 1981. Like they say—I wasn’t born here, but I got here as fast as I could! I met my husband here in Lubbock, who has since passed. I have two beautiful girls who are my everything. I love people, being outside, gardening, wood working (building stuff), reading, painting, and drawing, among other things.
This work is truly my calling. I believe with all my heart that I’m doing exactly what God intended for me to do—helping people heal and reset their lives from the inside out.

Michelle Garza
Hi! My name is Michelle, and I work for The Cleansing Truth. I am certified in Ozone Therapy, and I am currently working towards completing my education in Colon Hydrotherapy. I feel very blessed to work with Erin and beside a team of compassionate and caring women at The Healing Nook.
I am grateful I have the opportunity to help others walk through their wellness journey while making a difference in their life through holistic means, modalities, and lifestyle changes to achieve optimal health. I have practiced many years of detoxing, fasting, juicing, and colon cleansing which has brought me more energy and vitality in my own life.
In my spare time, I love to spend time with my 2 wonderful kids, my husband, and my sisters. I enjoy fishing, camping, going on walks, and soaking up God’s presence in the beautiful mountains and outdoors.
Meaghan Simmons
I grew up in Midland, Texas, and like many others, l faced my own long journey with chronic illness— specifically lyme disease. That experience deeply shaped me and ultimately inspired my calling to help others find healing and hope.
After years of navigating symptoms and searching for answers, I felt led to pursue professional training in holistic health. I became a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and Certified Holistic Health Coach with the desire to support others in their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.
After moving to Lubbock last year to be closer to my fiancé Mason, Through prayer and God's guidance, I was led to The Healing Nook, where I now feel so blessed to serve others as a Certified NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback Trainer and Certified Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Technician. I believe true healing happens when we support the body, mind, and soul-and I'm honored to walk alongside others on that path.

I’m so grateful and excited to be the newest member of The Healing Nook team! As Front Desk Manager, I feel truly blessed to be in a role where I can serve others and make meaningful connections each day. I believe God has given me a heart for people, and I’m always eager to learn, grow, and step into new challenges with faith.
I was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. I’m married and a mom of one daughter and three sons. In my free time, I love being with my family—especially at the lake—and staying active at the gym. My daughter and I also love shopping and supporting small businesses. I’m thankful every day for the opportunity to live out my purpose and walk in faith wherever God leads me.
