Is Neurofeedback Safe?

Absolutely! Your brain is safely controlling the session and doing all of the work. A typical session is around 45 minutes long. Most people sleep or are fully relaxed during the session.

How many sessions of Neurofeedback should one have?

It is recommended that a person start with 10 sessions to “reset the brain.” This may vary from person to person, depending on each individual response to the treatment.

Hi all! I’m Cele Wiggins and am the owner of Brain and Body Reset. I am so excited to be able to offer two great new therapies at The Healing Nook, Neurofeedback and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Neurofeedback is a very powerful therapy that helps retrain the brain for optimal brain power and function. It is powerful yet has a way of calming the brain to function at its optimal level.
